Nice pick up! I am not familiar with market value of those but I do know that real Porcelain ones are very Rare. That one looks pretty good in the pic.

Hartland never made porcelain figures. They were all plastic.
The Spahn looks to be in great shape, and if the paint is not retouched, the price is a steal.
Also, Hartland remade their figures in 1988 as a special edition anniversary series, so check the copyright to make sure it's an original.

However, it looks very white to be an original paintjob. Most original Hartlands have yellowed.
