Banner needed! Can anyone help?

Ok everyone, I am looking for a new banner for my site:

jorgesaysno.blogspot.com

I do not have photoshop, but I need a banner that is appealing, sharp, and looks good!

I am open to whatever color or background as long as it looks good with the site and fits in with the color scheme. Please include this picture on the banner:

And also, have Jorge Says No! in the title.

Whoever makes the banner I choose will get a card package of some sort.
