BA's ranking of the top 3 pitchers is the exact opposite of Adam Foster (Project Prospect). I personally like seeing Teheran at the top here. $$$$$$

Good to see Delgado get the respect, also agree with Arodys ranking, don't understand the unconditional love some on here give him (due to injuries and some lukewarm scouting reports i've read)... surprised to see Oberholtzer that high, not sure he deserves it, don't see a lot of projection with him.

But honestly, the most shocking thing on this list is Sucre as best defensive catcher - I know Bethancourt has a long way to go to be a major leaguer and may never make it due to lack of a bat (not that Yadier Molina has let that stop him :lol, and his plate blocking is not very good, but how can you not put him first when he's got a pure 80 arm behind the plate?
