Crick is about all they have. Remember, that system is pretty weak. Crick is top 50 to me but outside the top 20 in my opinion.

I don't follow prospects like I used to.So I shouldn't expect to see Villalona in SF anytime soon (kidding of course)?

Shocked that DePaula and Austin didn't make it.

I'm equally shocked they had Bird even ranked, though behind 3 draft picks from last year, one of whom has yet to play an inning.
Lot of talent that is off that list due to injury with Austin, Banuelos, and Hensley not making the cut. Having Severino on there impressed me. That may be the best arm in the system.

The Riverlands.
I too was shocked about the omissions of Austin and De Paula. I know Tyler Austin had an injury plagued 2013, but now he a.) Has a definite position and b.) How could BA ignore his potential power? I am pretty shocked about De Paula because his arsenal is the real deal. Sure, his control faltered a bit at times, but it is hard to ignore his K/IP rate. Seeing Greg Bird on this list shocked me because it is very uncharacteristic of BA to go with production over ceiling. Leaving Jose Ramirez off this list was wrong. I know Severino has a higher ceiling, but Ramirez has one of the best changeups you will ever see.

What is the word on Jose Campos? Guy was a world beater, and now don't hear anything about him.

labambasaurus (everywhere): campos seems to have taken quite a tumble. is the elite upside still there? are we just unsure about his ability to stay healthy? what do you see from him in the future?

Josh Norris: I don’t think there’s elite upside, but he still has a chance as a starter. It’s very difficult to gauge his future after his very limited workload this season. Next year will be a good test, but he has a clean, repeatable delivery and a three-pitch mix that includes a FB up to 95.

Looks like I'll need to hold these til summer or later then?

Thanks for posting, as always.

Do you agree with their rankings?

I'm surprised no mention of Snell, Martin, Hager, or Sale.

I need to get my Odorizzi gold RC auto graded and am now considering the Toles magenta BCP ref /35, as well as a few Guerrieri autos.

Few of those top 10 guys in cards I have here: https://picasaweb.google.com/108452...&authkey=Gv1sRgCN3VrYiSpqW6Xg&feat=directlink

No. Besides Stanek's omission, Bill Ballew definitely overrated Beckham, who many believe is a non-prospect now. In addition, Lee missed virtually the entire season, yet somehow rose two spots since last year?

What's the word on Josh Sale? Did they suspend him the whole year?? (I don't keep up too much on the Rays prospects.)

I remember reading Martin was their top defensive infielder last year and read that he has some power to boot.

Last I heard, Sale was suspended indefinitely.
