Baseball and the military

I've always found the fact that some MLB players had storied military careers to be really cool. Moe Berg was always a personal favorite, but the entire area really ties two aspects of American history together.

Possibly for that reason, I always found this item extremely cool. I thought it would be interesting to have a post where baseball and the military meet. Here's the item I am referring to (scan taken from eBay)
