How about sequentially numbered cards?
1990 UD Reggie Jackson Auto (Hand numbered)?
1991 Donruss Elite (Machine Stamped)?

The player most likely shook the persons hand when this card was "issued" they are very rare, and it is believed they were handouts at point of sale or as a promotion in the store with a guest signing appearance. I have yet to see one that was unsigned, and Ive seen these for over 25 years.
