So if the Lakers win another championship - do they send the Memphis front office a championship ring?
Cause at this point they pretty much handed the Lakers these championships on a silver platter.

Does McHale get a ring if Boston wins for the Garnett deal?

The Celts did give up Al Jefferson in that deal, which was a hell of a lot more than the Lakers did at the time of the trade. Of course, Marc Gasol had a very good year this year so the argument doesn't hold much water anymore.

Guess that's true.

Though to be fair it was at the point where it seemed trading him was inevitable - and they did get a ton of players, including Jefferson who a lot of people were high on, plus a first round pick.

That Gasol trade seemed to come out of nowhere - and maybe it had all been rumors, but it was nothing close to what other teams had offered for Gasol.

Yep, the Magic did the Lebron laydown. I'm really surprised that they have came out and played like this, especially after losing two at home.

I was lucky enough to get in there tonight, as well.

That Rondo play was insane. There would have been a larger reaction if the arena wasn't speechless.

Dwight Howard - your season is on the line. THIS is the game that defines you. And you have 5 points after 3 quarters? Without being in foul trouble? That's just embarrassing.

I've thought it since last year; this Magic team is not mentally tough.

They're proving me right. They walked through the first two rounds against a bad team and a team that quit. As soon as they hit resistance they rolled over.

The Celtics are just breaking teams will this playoffs. First it was the Cavs and now it's the Magic. I love this. Rondo is becoming a playoff beast.

As fantastic as Rondo is during the regular season, he has stepped up to a whole new level each of the last two years. It's great that this kid is finally getting the credit he deserves.

In 2008 the big three made Rondo. In 2010 Rondo makes the big 3.

Big 3 is over. They had a few different Big Four shirts last night.

Well the Suns came out on top in game #3 thanks to Amare and the refs. The Suns had 42 free throws to the Lakers 20 which was more than the difference in the final score of 118-109.

Bynum was limited by the four fouls he got pretty fast. Phoenix must have paid the refs well. Oh well, hopefully there is a different officiating crew in game #4.

With the Celts looking at the sweep I'm torn between the Lakers finishing quick too so the Celts keep their momentum and the Lakers series going deep to give the Celts time to rest.

I don't know which is better right now...

It doesn't matter - Game 1 is June 3rd regardless, is what the radio said this morning.
