I actually think this might be the best game of the refs.

The Celtics looked exhausted early, and they lost whatever energy they had when Perk went out.

No conspiracy theory here; the Celts just suck tonight.

Geesh...I fail to see how a professional basketball team can be so dominant for what, 3 straight games, then get blown out by 20 by seemingly missing every bunny oppurtunity they get their hands on. I'm probably wrong and am creating a knee jerk reaction, but damn, it's puzzling.

except the one fact your missing......they didnt dominate for three straight game, have you watched any of the games at all, both teams played terrible in game 3 and lakers won, no one played good in game 4 or 5 and celtics won, there has been no domination what so ever in these games by either team, alot of ugly basketball to be honest

But when he loses...he puts on the most pitiful, sourpuss face you've ever seen...and his arrogant replies to the questions (excluding the obvious idiotic questions) is pitiful. He is such a crybaby...he just looks like a little rich boy who isn't getting his way. He would have a lot more fans, including me, if he changed his attitude. But Kobe isn't the only guy I dislike, I flat out can't stand Paul Pierce. When he doesn't get his way, he makes the awfulest, ugliest face. Wow, finally got to see a whole game. What a ass-raping on national TV. I was surprised by the 3 blown layups but it happens. And the Celts were only dominant the last two games before tonight, the Lakers took game #3. Thursday night, Lakers will only be one championship away from tying the Celts!

yes im sure all he thinks about daily is to be known as a better basketball player than michael jordan ::facepalm:: and im sure jordan was happy in his interviews after losses as well right? I dont even know why im arguing with someone who stopped watching basketball completely because "its to hip hop for him"

Are you serious? Jordan was the biggest little bitch after every single missed shot, blown foul, and interview after a loss. THE BIGGEST EVER! Regardless he is possibly the best ever. If anyone is worse than Kobe or Jordan, it's Lebron. But then again Jordan and Kobe never laid down in a series.

Jordan worse than Kobe? Seriously. Please tell me you watched basketball in the 90's. Did he yell at the refs? Yes, but not after every damn play that didn't go his way. Point to an interview where he acted condescending to the reporter. You'll be hard pressed to find one.

Jordan was a complete ***** to his teammates, but he wasn't as bad as Kobe with the refs. He actually wouldn't be worse than many superstars (or even non-superstars) in today's game. He just looked worse because guys like Mike Gminski didn't complain, whereas that caliber of player today does.

And, as much as a Celtics fan as I am, even I can admit that Pierce is near the top of that list. But, someone mentioned him making faces? He's really just ugly - don't hold it against him.

Anyway, that was just a horrid game all around for the Celtics. I'm sure all the talk around here today will be people trying to convince themselves that since the Celtics have bounced back from ass-kickings so far in the playoffs, they'll do it again. They just have to do it on the road, without Perk. The fact that it's Game 7 won't affect either of these teams, which is great.
