Basketball prices still insane?

As an outsider who barely collects basketball cards, it seems to be that prices have stayed insanely high, both for singles and for wax.

Is that accurate?

I dunno. Most mass produced RCs are selling for less than half they were going for during the peak. So you don't need to pay anywhere near $50 for a Topps Shaq RC anymore. Even RCs of current stars like Durant & Doncic have softened. Hoops and Donruss Doncic RCs for example were going over $100. Now you can get them for half that. Granted the prices across the board are still higher than pre covid, but it's a start. I still ain't paying $60 for a blaster though.
