Nice to see the Cape League get some coverage in the Boston Globe! And it is the team Beefy works with, Falmouth!

I didn't type this part before since I was on my Iphone, but Todd is genuinely one of the nicest kids I have ever dealt with. My first official function as a member of the team board of directors was the Season Launch Dinner this year, and I was sort of nervous and just leaning against the wall not really knowing anyone. After a while a kid came up pretty close to where I was and looked equally as akward as I felt, so I went over and introduced myself to him. "Hi, I'm Rob Zeida, I'm on the team's board" "Hi, I'm Todd Cunningham, I'm on the team....." I said "I'm not sure really what I do for the board, so can't really tell you that, I just do what I am told to" and he said "I don't know what I'm doing for the team, but will just do what they tell me too....." I left thinking he was a really nice kid, and hoped he did well this year. Well he was hitting .407 a week ago, and won top prospect in the league award. So I guess it worked out well for him.

I played that song the day of the walk off hit that is discussed in the article over the PA, he started cracking up, and you should have seen the entire team realize and start laughing. Even the coach was in tears when he was told it was Todd or Cape Todd as they ended up calling him rapping. I just gave him the line up cars for that game today.
