Toyota fixed that a few years back. It was a huge problem for the 2000-2002 Tundras and SUV's. They have since fixed it with bigger calipers and better rotors.

I have a 2005 Toyota Tacoma Quad Cab which is pretty much the same body. My truck handles great.

Yeah, By 05 they had everything worked out and those breaks were great.

the brakes better be great.. cause when the gas pedal sticks to the floor your gonna need to stop that thing somehow!!

Only idiots let their floor mats get bunched around their gas pedals making them stick to the floor. lol.

I recently read that 90% of those were due to people putting floor mats ON TOP of the factory floor mats (which have the hook so they can not move). Of course it's going to bunch up and cause problems when you put 2 floor mats together.
