Going strictly by BA's Top 200 Draft Picks list which came out last month, here's how many players on the list were drafted to each team.

Of course, we know not all of these guys will sign with their teams, but I found the results a bit surprising nonetheless.

Reds - 11
D'Backs - 10
Brewers - 9
Mariners - 9
White Sox - 9
Rockies - 8
Rangers - 8
A's - 8
Angels - 8
Rays - 8
Pirates - 8
Nationals - 7
Royals - 7
Dodgers - 7
Orioles - 7
Yankees - 7
Twins - 6
Tigers - 6
Indians - 6
Blue Jays - 6
Red Sox - 6
Padres - 5
Giants - 5
Cubs - 5
Phillies - 5
Cardinals - 4
Astros - 4
Marlins - 3
Braves - 3
Mets - 2

Rays really recovered well after the somewhat dissapointing 1st pick.

Glad to see the M's and D-Backs stocked up, ofcourse they had so many picks it was almost a given.

I'm shocked the Yanks have 7, I only counted 4 ... rock on!

Probably because most were late on the list.

Heathcott (#72), Murphy (#95), Lyons (#153), Medchill (#160), Black (#175), Stoneburner (#180), Murton (#193).

Nice. A few I suspected would be near the top. Thanks for posting!

I am really liking what the Rangers are doing. They really seem to have a plan.

I'd say the selections by Milwaukee were pretty flawless. We're finally going to get some higher end pitching help and a guy to contend in CF.

It's hard to lose Jack Zdurencik, but the Brewers really did a great job here.

It's good to know that the Astros are "quickly" rebuilding their barren farm system with a whopping 4 from the top 200.

"How good" you ask?

Tied for 28th in fewest drafted of the top 200.

Go 'Stros!

Don't put too much stock into these post-draft analysis. BA thought the Astros had a horrible draft last year and it was actually top-notch.

Now the Rays need to go sign Maddox. I can dream right?

That would be the steal of the draft wouldn't it?

Not with what I imagine his price tag will be. They need to make sure and sign Bailey, Malm, Dennis, Glaesmann and Diekroger.

This is EXACTLY what I was thinking.

I mean, I like the pick of Mier, but after that, I am not a big fan of any of their picks (and even the pick of Mier didn't get me too excited, more so just glad to get a solid MI prospect in the system).

Here's to hoping we can move a bat or two for some prospects near the deadline (Tejada being the big one).
