False.

It is not the best card ever listed and many like it have been listed over the past few years. They don't really get more than BGS 9.5 copies from what I have seen and, as a follower/collector of Miggy's TT Autos myself, they aren't really that coveted. Much like the low numbered elite autos being churned out, they don't get hefty premiums.
