Best Pitching Prospect in Baseball???

I've had this discussion with many people before. There is no clear cut best pitching prospect. Who do you think it is. I gave a few choices (vote) but comment below with reasoning or if you believe someone else is.

Agreed. Either him or Matt Moore... Personally though, Matt Moore has performed at higher levels and dominated (especially the 2nd half of last year)

To say that anyone on that list has a higher ceiling than Aroldis Chapman is INSANE, repeat, I N S AN E.

Not saying he is the best prospect or not, but he has WITHOUT A DOUBT the highest ceiling on this list.

I agree to a point, but some people would have to factor in that he may just be a dominate closer, not the ace that Moore or Taillon could.

Like i was saying, he might not be the best prospect, but a LHP who throws 103 mph has the highest ceiling on that list. I think the best prospect could be one of 4-5 guys on that list.

If he is able to control that fastball and develop at a high rate, there is no way he cant be an ace. He has shown he can dominate at times... I guess well see in a few years!

I said could be. Im not saying he will. But with the stuff he has, and there being no possibility at the moment of him becoming a reliever, he could be mentioned.

Teheran for sure is best pitching prospect. May not throw as hard as Chapman but has better pitches and command, and he is still young.

No reason Taillon couldn't be number one in a year though.

Only 29 innings, he sure does. Despite the fact that he is going to be pigeonholed into a closer role, he still has a better arm than a lot of those guys.

It's laughable to say that Chapman's floor is somehow excessively low because of his elite ceiling. At WORST he will be an elite reliever/closer. At best he is a Cy Young contending starter.
