1. Pedro Alvarez
2. Dominic Brown
3. Carlos Santana
4. Jeremy Hellickson
5. Jesus Montero

That is the top 5 left.

Montero worries me though....

If we're talking about potential, Montero has to be in the top 5. Before this season there was nothing to suggest he wasn't going to be a star. Now as a 20 year old in Triple-A he's struggling a little bit. He'll figure it out eventually.

Bumgarner is 20 years old and is in AAA and is 6-1 with a 3.13 ERA - would be lower if he didn't get shelled first two rusty starts :)

There are more efficient pitchers who put up better power pitcher type numbers, i.e. Jeremy Hellickson, left in the minors.

Also I really like Daniel Hudson. He did win the MLB.com Minor League Starting Pitcher of the Year.
He is also showing some great numbers now. Only had 2 really bad starts this year.

hudson is good too. however i still think bumgarner has the talent and (2 years of dominant experience) and putting up very nice numbers as a 20 year old in AAA. Won milb pitcher in 08 and went to the Worlds vs USA game in 09 and pitched well in short stint int he MLB. And now that his velocity is up he's going to prove all yall wrong from sampling his short spring training fiasco.
