Best way to clean the surface on a chrome card?

Sending this to bgs tomorrow or Thursday. Need to know he best way to clean it. I already have a microfiber cloth

I use a pine cone. Works every time just use the microfiber and start in the middle and work to the outsides, or else your likely to catch a corner in the cloth

This is true. Unless you are trying to remove a surface imperfection, there is no need. Dust, fingerprints, etc won't affect your surface grade.
