what are their rates there and how long does it take to get them back?

Just go to the BGS website, ALL the information is right there....
If you want it slabbed, it will vary depending on timeframe, but 10 day should be $14 or so per, plus $2 per auto
You can have them RCR it on the spot, for like 8-10 bucks, depending how many you submit.

so if i do 2 miggy TT autos, it will be 22 dollars?
do I have to give them an envelope or something or do i just drop it off?

That is the slabbing cost +$2 additional per auto. 20 day service would cost you $26 and they would take card of everything for you..You just drop the card off and fill out the order form.

is there insurance and evereything in case the card gets lost? that is what has always stopped be from submitting

Shipping and Insurance is additional and depends on what value you place on the cards..
