i forgot you could add pictures as well (unlike in my collections), alifaxwa is this officially re-instated? ...or just a link you found, I would hate to enter all my stuff to have the registry pulled down, any official announcements?

WOW, finally. I had scans of every card entered and tons of time spent making that registry, I was so pissed!. All working for me now. Lots of updating to do if it stays up and running.

I have seen NO announcements, but the link is actually on the beckett.com/grading site, so I assume it is actually back.

I got a response from BGS on this matter

Beckett Grading Services has been working on a new Graded Card Registry, and during an initial testing phase, the original Registry was briefly actived. Although this has been taken back down, we are very excited to be preparing a new and improved Beckett Graded Card Registry for launch in 2010.
