BGS Order - Popped & Disappointed :(

EXTREMELY disappointed with the sub. Not sure what happened. I was expecting at least 50% Gold and ended up with 20%
Nearly every card got hit on surface! This is my worst sub in 10 years! I'm gonna have to look these over when they come in. I thought I took good care of the surface on each card.

2- 1996-97 Metal Precious Metal Kobe Bryant 9.0 & 9.0 - Both of these are absolutely flawless.
2- 1996-97 Metal Freshly Forged Kobe Bryant 9.0 & 9.0 - There is nothing wrong with these cards!
1- 1996-97 SkyBox Premium New Edition Kobe Bryant 8.5 - Basically impossible to get a good grade on this card!
1- 1997-98 Skybox Premium Silky Smooth Kobe Bryant 8.0 - Knew this one would be rough but not that rough.
2- 1996-97 Metal Molten Metal Michael Jordan 9.5 & 9.5
2- 1996-97 Metal Net-Rageous Michael Jordan 9.5 & 9.5
2- 1996-97 Metal Precious Metal MS Michael Jordan 9.0 & 9.0 - Surface on both prevented 9.5
1- 1996-97 Metal Platinum Portraits Michael Jordan 9.0 - Tough grade 9 was expected
1- 1996-97 Flair Showcase Hot Shots Michael Jordan 9.0 - Wasn't sure how they treat the points on the flames.
1- 1997-98 Hopps HOOPerstars Michael Jordan 8.5 - 7.5 on surface?! Don't know what happened here.
1- 1996-97 SkyBox Premium Golden Touch Michael Jordan 9.0 - Best looking copy I have ever owned.
1- 1996-97 Ultra Court Masters Michael Jordan 9.0 - It's plastic! What could be wrong with it?
1- 1997-98 Ultra Stars Michael Jordan 9.0 - Had an outside shot but 9 was expected.
1- 1996-97 Ultra Platinum Medallion Michael Jordan 8.5 - Very tough grade. Was hoping for a 9. It is .5 away.
1- 1997-98 Fleer Tiffany Collection Michael Jordan 8.5 - Hoping for a 9

I don't know the inserts well - what are the big boys there? Have an '07 Kobe Platinum Portraits (my first foray into inserts) on the august group sub.
