Why isn't the Holland a 9.5 (I would think 2 10s and 2 9s would equate to a 9.5?)?

I have a Jordan 86 fleer that is also graded a 4. However, my subs are 9/9/9/3 (surface) and you have 9/8/5.5/3.

My Jordan looks more like your 8.5 but BGS graded it a 4.

To me, this is why graded cards are horse sheet.

Thanks for the comments, and a big thanks to FCB especially masonphillip for doing the group sub. Masonphillip did a fantastic job packaging and shipping these out. I couldn't be happier.

Regarding the Holland, you can't have 2 9 subgrades and have the card gem. I have no clue what is wrong with the card. The corners look fine, no smudges. I'm surprised it didn't gem.

The final grade can't be more than 1 full point above the lowest, thus a 9993 becomes a 4. With the Holland, you can't have a final grade of 9.5 if there are 2 lower subgrades
