BGS Submission question (Entering a code online/electronic)

I am submitting one of my cards to bgs. I want to do it electronically. How/Where can i enter the code so i pay $10 for the 5 day service? When I add a card to my submission it shows up as the regular price, thanks.

Select the amount days of the service and you'll just have to write on the order form the code for the current promo.

I did the same and crossed out the wrong prices and wrote int he offer code. They just charged me the adjusted price i put in.
