I believe ESPN or the NFL Network reported that it was issues w/ understanding defensive schemes and being out of position too often.

I've said in the past a rule for NFL GM' s should be......if the Pats call you and ask about a player, you should immediately hang up the phone and sign that player to an extension.
So conversely, I guess that means if the Pats cut a player- it's buyer beware and best to look the other way.

So we'll see. Good news for the Bears it's low-risk. There's not much to lose and they already have guys on the roster that were set to be starters as of a couple days ago. Best case - the change of scenery helps.....worst case - they go with the guys they already had.
