Today I received a very unexpected package in the mail.

The only identifier on the package was "Ring"....and I was honestly confused. :lol:

I opened up the package to find one very unique Sammy Sosa card with a note from onionRING9.

I don't have a scan and probably won't until the week after next (spring break), but the card is this:

2000 Pacific Paramount Cooperstown Bound PROOF serially numbered 18/20.

This is a very cool card - "flimsy" like a projector slide. Thank you very much Joe!

I got the same card from Joe except of maddux today as well. Thanks Joe! Its a very sweet card and very nice of you to do so.

talk about generosity. those cards would get super moolah on ebay. bagwell wasnt in any of the 98-00 sets. guess pacific didnt think him cooperstown bound. related note. picked up a bonds 98 version that just came in today:

Yeah - it's actually the third highest-book value card in my collection, but it's not going any where.
