.I'm just glad Taylor Mays went to the 49ers and is going to make Pete Carroll regret asking him to come back for his Senior year

What about all the other teams who passed on Mays too?

Maybe he really just isn't all that great for the NFL.

Bills did a heck of a job not getting a QB or good O-line. I don't get the small school DE picks either. I think CJ will be a good value, but they should have drafted some players to go with him and revamp the offense.

This.

I was actually looking forward to days 2 and 3 of the draft after the CJ pick. However I quickly went from this :D to this ::facepalm:: with the rest of the picks. Unreal.

he doesn't leave in 09 when he would have been a top pick and takes that huge of a fall the following year??? ET was the only FS taken between Berry and Mays so you can'treally say that every team in the 30 plus picks after Seattle took ET passed on Mays.

I liked Seattle and San Francisco's drafts a lot, at least the early goings - I'm not enough of a draftnik to know how well they did with their later picks.

The Vikes' draft left me a little underwhelmed. I like the Gerhart pick, and was pretty happy they scooped up Griffen in the 4th, but don't know much about Chris Cook - that's not necessarily a bad thing, but I figured the Vikes may go DB with their first pick and tried to read up on the guys who I thought would be there. Truth be told, I didn't read a thing about Cook. Hopefully that's just my short-sightedness, and the guy comes in and lights the world on fire.

Absolutely loved the Bucs draft. McCoy seems perfect for their team and I really like Price. Benn is really talented and he's someone that could have gone top 15 if he had had a decent QB throwing him the ball. Also like taking a chance on Mike Williams. I'll use a 4th rounder for him any day. I also like getting Dekoda Watson in the 7th. The Bucs have done a great job with undersized LBs that can run, especially ones from FSU.

I liked Seattle's draft although it would have been hard to mess that up with Okung and Thomas falling to them. Hate to say it but Carolina had a good draft as well.

Liked the Cowboys draft because I think Bryant is going to be an absolute stud and with Romo it could happen really quickly.

Romo could have a Pro Bowl year with the Cowboys adding Bryant to the mix of Miles Austin and Jason Witten....great pick up by them.

Even w/out Bryant he should be a Pro Bowl QB if he's protected. With Bryant maybe All Pro.

I thought the Cowboys had a solid draft where they selected players maybe later than where they were projected. They didn't address OT and DB till later in the draft but the DB prospect is a blazer.

I was not impressed by the Browns draft. IMO the first three picks were all reaches. Hadin wasn't even the top CB on alot of teams boards and even the Browns were split on him and K.Wilson. Ward was projected as a 4th rounder and Hardesty as a 3rd rounder. Since retuning in 1999 the Browns have not really had a good draft.
