Biggest game i have been to is Ohio State vs Notre Dame back in 1995(i think) It was the fist time the 2 teams had met in a very long time. The horseshoe was a rocking for that game!!

I can't really say I've ever been to a BIG game, but I've been to a few Steeler playoff games and a Penguin playoff game.

I would say the biggest game out of all the games I've been to was the 1st and only combined extra inning no-hitter in MLB history, by Francisco Cordova and Ricardo Rincon. What made it even better is that it ended with a walk off homerun by Mark Smith.

Some of my recent favorite in-person "big" games:

2011 Red River Rivalry - #11 Texas vs. #3 Oklahoma (Cotton Bowl, Dallas)
2010 World Series Game 4 - San Francisco Giants at Texas Rangers
2010 NHL Playoff Semifinals Game 5 - Detroit Red Wings @ San Jose Sharks
2007 NFL Playoff Divisional Round - New York Giants @ Dallas Cowboys

50 yard line, third row up on the Vikings side when they played the Chargers in 2007. It was the game where AP set the single game rushing record as a rookie. I wish I could find where I put that ticket.

I went to the Horseshoe and saw the first night game in Ohio State history, the Ohio State vs Texas (Vince Young's team)game. The game was rediculously crazy, and even though the outcome wasn't what I wanted, the experiance was priceless.

Last year's PGA Championship with the 3-way tie at the end that ended up being a 2-way playoff. Kohler Wisconsin.

Last year's Wisconsin vs. Ohio State football game. David Gilreath to the hous eon the opening kick, and they never looked back.

This year's NLDS Brewers over D-Backs Game 5.

I've been to a ton of sporting events but nothing too earth shattering in terms of expectations going in. I was at Michigan - App St. in 2007, and Florida - Auburn later that year. Auburn won in the Swamp on a last second FG, while I sat in the student section and quietly cheered the Tigers on.

I was at Clemens' first attempt at 300 wins, that ended up going 17 innings in Detroit after the Yankees bullpen blew a big lead.

I was at Sosa's corked bat game. I was at the Cubs game against Atlanta where Zambrano punched Barrett.

I was at the Sweet 16 and Elite 8 in St. Louis last year to see...Northern Iowa, Tennessee, Michigan St. and Ohio St.

Orange Bowl for National Championship. Forget the year, maybe 88, 89. It was Notre Dame and Colorado.

USC vs UCLA is always a good crowd, wasnt the biggest game I've ever been to live, the attendance was decent but not overly impressive. In 2006, we had the 13-9 upset over the trojans that kept them out of the national title game. I had never been in nor do i think i'll ever be in such an electric atmosphere (except for maybe a playoff game). i dont think the rose bowl ever celebrated that hard after a ucla game.

I was at the first MNF game in Foxboro in 1995. It was the first game since the 70's when the fans rioted in the lots after the game.

I've never been to any big games, but last year I got to go to the Eagles Panthers opening day game, which was awesome. I was born outside of Philadelphia and now live in NC, so it was great. I also went to a Red River Rivalry game when I was in college probably 4-5 years ago, that was a lot of fun.

The biggest game I missed? Same year as the Red River Rivalry game was the USC vs. UT Championship, which I had a ticket to... but then my girlfriend and I broke up like 2 weeks before the game. Her parents had the UT season tickets...
