Bing.com...not working for me?! What am I doing wrong?

So, I signed into ebay, signed into bing.com, did a search, clicked on the ebay sponsored link for 10% and once it goes to ebay, no bing/live.com symbol on the top?!

Anyone encountered this problem?

Make sure your browser is accepting cookies. Norton could also be screwing it up if it has bing as a blocked url.
