His cards have absolutely gone nuts. Contenders auto sold last night for $150. I sold a Timeless Treasures auto two weeks ago for around $60. Thought that was a crazy price for an ugly card, now they're going for even more.
These prices make busting last year's Panini products attractive given their recent price dips. The rookie class from last year is extremely strong in my view. You have two bona fide stars in Evans and Griffin (I still like Evans, but Sacramento is a hot mess right now), two very good hits in Curry and Jennings, and a couple more guys like James Harden and Jrue Holiday who are coming on in their second year.
It's for sure worth a shot with Contenders boxes. Those boxes are around $70 and Griffin is around $120, plus you get four autos in a box.
I think he'll probably be All-NBA this year, which would be insane, but he's basically unguardable right now. Last eight games he has not gone for less than 20 and 10.
