I have broken probably 10 boxes of this since last summer. I am looking for rare Matt Holliday RC cards and Jeter autos. Its typically a $25 to $35 break so its not much of risk. Also there are some RC's like CC Sabathia that would be fun to hit a Ref or Atomic Ref of.

Anyway it isnt the most fun of breaks. Typically you hit 2 regular ref's and a few inserts like Franchise Best and Mirror Images. If your lucky you get one of the inserts in a refractor. I have never hit an Atomic Refractor even though you should get 1 in every 3 boxes according to the odds. I have hit a few Autos (Schmidt and Burrell) though.

I will go in order of the hits for this box break.

Up first, your typical insert, non refractor type.

Good start as its a player that has some fans,

Next hit though was my first of its type. Alex Rodriguez Franchise Best Mach III numbered out of 500.

These inserts are pretty darn awesome, they are die cut, refractors that are also see through acetate. Every cool tech that was out there at the time went into that set.

Next up the regular version of the A Rod Franchise Best

Pretty cool to see the differences between the two.

Next up, these two cards were in the same pack!!

My first Atomic hit is a Griffey!!!!!!!!!! Pretty stoked even if it wasn't the reg card. The Thomas card is very pretty and a refractor too.

Next up is a regular refractor version.

Pretty cool to hit a McGwire as my other refractor hit.

Last pack ended with the guy who I bought the box to find, too bad its just a regular version but this was by far my best box of 1999 Bowmans Best.

Thanks guys, yeah it was a fun break. Cheap wax like this never gets old to me. Heck one day I might pull the Jeter auto, I can dream.

I am assuming the Atomic Griffey is worth something as they are pretty tough pulls. I think 40 to 60 bucks would be the range for that card.

awesome Griffey, awesome break all around actually.

I am actually interested in the Griffey if you are looking to deal it or sell it

Love seeing these breaks.I bought some of this stuff in NFL one year and loved the cards.I hit a cool looking refractor and a E. Smith die cut insert like the Rodriguez.

That product was a fun break. I bought three boxes and pulled the Chipper Jones autograph and I seem to recall the other was some semi popular guy back in the day. Would need to see the checklist to see who it was. Hollandsworth maybe? Isn't there an Alfonso Soriano RC and Masao Kida RC in there too? I believe I got Masao to autograph two of his RC at a minor league game.

Yep Soriano, Holliday and CC Sabbathia are the bigger RC's to find in it. If it had a Hamilton RC it would be a huge product. It had a Burrel auto could you imagine a Holliday or Hamiliton Auto from this? I have the Reg Ref of Holliday I just need the Atomic.
