Call me old fashioned, but as a seller, I leave positive feedback as soon as a buyer has paid. They have completed their end of the transaction. I don't sell a whole lot, and I've never been burned, but this has worked well for me for the past 11 years.

Call me old fashioned, but I believe in one God. His name is Zorgo, and he lives in that lake over there.

I do the same, especially if they pay right away. If there's ever a problem I think buyers are a lillte more patient due to a seller leaving feedback first.

Can't believe this is all over a .99 cent card. Sellers can no longer give a negative or neutral. I don't really care about return feedback, but as a seller it's best to just leave a positive right away.

You are irrational as well.
how do you call that irrational? you send me a card thats bent in half for $5 shipped, and you know it was not the usps. over 8000 transactions 99.999999% buying, you know when a seller is pulling a fast one.i have sent 25 back to get nothing! send it ebays way and it cost you $3, (you have to have delivery confirmation!) so you gain 2 bucks, big deal! so you must be the type of seller that charges $2.50 and sends it in a plain envalope. and does not state so anywhere. that is what i call a i don't give a fresh dog crap seller!

Why not try and see if the seller will rectify the situation before immediately dropping a negative.

The cost is way less than $3 to ship a single card in a bubble envelope with delivery confirmation dude.

Is it just me or overall, does it appear that many of the negative comments you see on ebay read as if the person had been drinking all night and just learned some form of grammar the day prior?

Ha ha! I can't believe I grew up in the 90s and hadn't heard of that show until I subscribed to Netflix. I guess I didn't spend enough time on MTV late at night.

So lets get this correct shipping a card you listed is now a job? So what happens when you have 5-10 packages shipping at once? Now you make 2.62 per package 5-10 times? I would imagine since your post office is 10-15 miles away you would bring them all at once. Your logic is a bit off.

Or use paypal shipping and your printer.

Unfortunately, some people have a hard time getting things in the mail even with that option available.

So what I gather from the original post is that the OP wants us to band together and buy cheap cards and leave negative feedback as retaliation to him getting a neutral? Ummm..............NOPE
