FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK...

Not happy.. sorry Boldin fans but as a Ravens fan I was not wanting Boldin.. Homeboy seems to be injury prone and just not himself ever since he got destroyed on that one play.

Ehh.. I was hoping for BMarsh but whatever. At least we have a solid #1 reciever now. Just have to pray this dude stays healthy..

I'm surprised they went from asking for a 1st and 3rd to just getting a 2nd and 3rd (and giving up a 5th too)

Absolute steal for B-more :P

Agreed. My initial response was more of a knee-jerk reaction since I was hoping for Marshall. Probably a little too harsh.. More and more I think about it all I'm pretty happy with this. Like I said though, as long as he stays healthy...

Even if he's hurt, he wants to play. The Cardinals just kind of babied him sometimes. He's a tough guy and a trooper. Are you going to pick up anything Boldin now?

Ravens WRs are upgraded for a cheap price IMO. And he'll still be playing for a paycheck so he should stay motivated.

Great deal!

Great deal!

He agreed to an extension right after the deal was done.

Boldin, who was entering the final year of his contract, agreed to a three-year, $25 million extension with the Ravens, according to league sources, which leaves him with four years, $28 million left on his contract. The extension includes $10 million in guaranteed money.

He already signed a 4 year deal, 28 million. He is most definately a Raven now.

And this deal didn't cost them a first, like Seattle is probably gonna give up for Marshall.

And to ever question Boldin's toughness, needs to watch this link and realize he came back, what, like 3 games later ?

I hope you're not referring to me about the toughness thing. Big difference in wanting to play and actually BEING ABLE to play. I don't question any players will. I would have to know them on a personal level to do that fairly.

Wow that pisses me off.

I was kind of neutral on the Dolphins pursuing him, but that was when there was thought it could take a 1st or 2nd round pick.......but to get him for just that??????
There is a definite injury risk, and even if he's not as good as he way it still seems worth the risk at that price.
