Assuming Harper continues the pace he's currently on, by this time next year, do you see him getting more than Strasburg? Just curious.

When I first saw the article I thought it was just a ploy to see what he could get away with. If the Commish's office will allow it I can totally see Harper going international or Boras scaring the Nats into not drafting Harper. No way a team can afford 30-40 million or more on 2 draft picks in 2 seasons. That's just an asinine amount to spend on 2 amateurs. Even if they have no intentions of taking Strasburg to Japan they are just testing the waters to see what they can get away with for Harper. We all know where his head is![]()
