I'll be in Boston starting Friday for a week. I have a lot of free time so...anyone know of any "walkable" card shop in the city?

Anything unique and/or cool to see while I'm there? Remember, I'm from NYC so it needs to be REALLY unique! lol

There's Kenmore Collectibles over on Comm Ave near Kenmore Square. It's a great store with great people (and occasionally a great dog) behind the counter. I would highly recommend it.

As far as unique or cool things, are you looking for culture (the Gardner Museum), shows (I can send you some links to weekend calendar activities), or just weird stuff?

Thanks Sean! I'll check that place out!

We have lots of shows here...maybe something that "only locals know" or a "local-hangout" kinda place...that would be cool :)

My wife and I were in Boston last week for my brother's wedding.
We didn't go to a card shop, but I highly recommend walking the Freedom Trail if you have a few hours one morning or afternoon.
It's a walking path that takes you to Boston's historic sites, like Bunker Hill, Paul Revere's home, the USS Constitution ship, site of the Boston Massacre, Fanueil Hall, North and Quincy Markets, burial sites of Revere and John Hancock and Boston Common park.
It's a free tour and the experience is priceless if you're anything of a history buff.
