I know someone busted a blaster of retail and pulled a retail sticker auto....I haven't seen any other breaks, did this person get the only retail blaster in the county?

Well thats a dumb way for them to write it.

Looking at a 2009 Rack Pack, they said... "12 Cards. Featuring 3 Chrome cards per pack!"
