Read about the guy that pulled that. Someone must have convinced him to go with a higher BIN as it was originally going to be listed at around $5500.

The seller is a member here on these boards as well.
I told him his ludicrous BIN is going to scare off potential customers, so I guess he reduced the price from $20,000 to $13G.
I suppose he still has no intentions of selling it currently, but will likely run it as an auction when he decides to move it (which should be when he realizes that 1) bowman chrome is coming out, which will flood the Harper market even more. 2) it is a sticker auto, which hurts the card, 3) Harper is paired with Taillon, who is a great prospect himself, but in the long run will end up hurting the value of the card, and 4) It was a great pull, but cash is usually greater, especially when there are more desirable Harpers to purchase on the market).
Good luck to him on the auction, but this is a clear case of fishing for estimates of what demand there is out there for the card. Unfortunately, i'm not sure he will get many serious offers unless the BIN price comes down drastically.
