Bowman Platinum Question

Was looking at buying a few cards from Bowman Platinum this year but had no idea as to what kind of shape these were in.

Those of you who have bought/busted the product, what are you seeing in regards to the condition of the cards?

90% of the ones I have seen have terrible edges.

Of the several retail boxes I busted, the cards were clean. The Bowman chromes that were inserted in the boxes actually had much less bowing, than the bowman chromes in their bowman chrome packages. Be very careful with the corners though as they are very fragile ie.. easy to bend and fray.

I've purchased quite a few singles and most are easy Gems, I'd think. The only issue I've noticed is back edges/corners. If they are clean, your card most likely will Gem. I thought these had print line issues on the front but it's part of the card design. Right through where the serial number is on the front, across the entire name plate, but it's on EVERY card (I've purchased from several different sellers), so I'm going to assume that means its part of the design. The cards are very similar to Bowman Sterling in terms of condition.

I pulled a Dave Wright gold and when I went to put it down so I could find something ot put it in a dinged the corner so bad. But as I looked at the card it was dinged already on the other corner I did not hit.

So I'm hearing that for the most part they aren't bad except for the back edges and corners.
