Was shocked to get these in so fast as I'm in california...They question is rip them or sell them? I should have 13 packs, but haven't open the envelope yet... I was thinking about opening them instead of the 3 cases of Jumbos I have here...whenever I get the itch...

Just opened the envelope to check how many packs I received. I was only suppose to get 13...but I guess someone at Topps forgot how to count and gave me an extra pack
