I still think that everyone that joins needs to contribute.
Also I do not like to limit to 15 members as that's around 5% of the board today, not including new members in the future.
The 20 cards and $5 for initial shipping costs that would be sent by each member would be an entrence fee. No refunds on them if you decide to pull out. If 60 members decide that they want to join we split it up to 4 or 5 boxes.
I also think there should be no end. Let the boxes float around forever if there is that ability. If a new member signs up, the need to pay the 20 card and $5 entrance fee. They would all send to a central location to build up until a new box can be produced. Since the boxes always seem to grow, who ever is king of the central location has the ability to trade in or take out of the box (for other boxes only) they receive to even all of the boxes up and maybe get a new one started.
Not only will this give everyone on the site a chance to participate, but the current members will receive boxes more often since there will be multiples floating around.
I also think that a majority vote should be taken to allow new members to join in. This should help to keep ass holes out. New members would also not be included until the entrance fee is received.
