Don't understand how they rank Michael Main, who's done jack so far. Yet they forget Nick Noonan.

Well, to be fair, each author weighs things differently for their rankings. Some like to use projection and ceiling as a major factor, other use performance while others use interviews with scouts/coaches etc.

That's what I love about these lists in that you get different perspectives and YOU can decide for yourself which you would go with.
