We've joked a couple of times that Broncos fans need not buy Tim Tebow jerseys when they can merely change the nameplates on their Brandon Marshall shirts.

A woman in Denver saw something more than an obvious attempt (key word: attempt) at humor.

According to the Denver Business Journal, Daniella Grieve of Lombardi's Embroidery is converting No. 15 jerseys with Marshall's name on the back into Tebow jerseys.

"My brother had the idea," Grieve said. "He was watching the draft, and he said that was one of the first things that popped into his head."

With Marshall jerseys selling locally for as little as $7.47, it makes sense to save the $80 for a replica jersey or the $200 for an authentic jersey. Instead, fans can have Grieve make lemonade -- and the extra $160 can someday be used to get Tebow to sign the finished product.

That is a great idea and makes sense for fans.......though the NFL isn't about losing money - I bet those Marshall jersey's disappear from store shelves. If this is catching on, no way their letting someone buy a $7 jersey and lose out on that additional revenue.

I have an authentic Marshall jersey. Of course people are gonna think it's Tebow until they see the back now, so I can't really wear it out in public unless I wear it nelly-style.

I've used the word Tebow for a bit. Whenever someone takes the higher ground and ends up looking like a complete ******, that is to "Tebow" somebody.

An example of a Tebow:

"You know that Marijuana is illegal, right?"
"Are you sure that you're okay to drive after 1 light beer? I'm 27 and haven't had a drink in my life"
"I feel sorry for you that you haven't accepted OL&S Jesus Christ"
"I only eat organic vegetables"
