Not really. They would definitely match up better against the A's the Rays the Pirates and the Cardinals (all this is based off my eye test from watching games this season) That isn't to say that they hold an edge over those teams, only that pitching differential isn't overwhelmingly against them in those series.
I can be guilty of homerism, but not here. So cut the condesecension and assumptions about my logic.
Edit: I could be wrong about the A's. But I don't think the Rays Pirates or Cardinals present anywhere the difficulty (from a pitching match up stand point) that the dodgers presented.
If I am wrong then I am wrong and it would not be the first time, but I am far from a rabid fan wearing rose colored glasses. So if I am wrong just tell me and cut the insults.

We're probably thinking of different meanings for the phrase pitching matchup. It just seemed like the other starting rotations were stronger than the braves, esp for a short series
