easy with your face palm, did you read the report? charges are pending, he was the lone vehicle, ran over a fire hydrant and then crashed into neighbors tree, 2:30am? Note, I also wrote it 'seems' based on the story... never said he was.

It's already been reported that alcohol was not involved. I don't get why people speculate on such things before we know. Didn't Duke LAX teach us anything??

The troopers consider the injuries serious if they require more than minor medical attention, which I guess the hospital visit deemed it serious.
