Brewers mail and a TOPPS TRIBUTE question

Here is the mail, and hopefully someone can answer my question at the bottom:

And now mu question is, are the Tribute cards basically 2 cards stuck together? Is the chrome-ish GOLD just glued on top of the backing. It looks like 2 cards stuck together, but they don't really want to come apart, so I won't try. But could I have 2 stuck together, or are they all like that?

yeah, "dopey" was just ancillary to getting a deal done.

Got the black and blue versions of Hanley's tribute cards. Both have that card stuck together look. I noticed it on the black first and thought the same thing you did, but then checked the blue and noticed it had the same issue.
