Brewers On Deck today in Milwaukee. Anybody going ?

Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to make it this year. I was just wondering if anybody here was headed to the event. For those of you that don't follow the BrewCrew. This is our annual event where players and coaches come back to town to get everybody excited for the season. I believe they expect over 30 players/ coaches this year. Also this years there's no admission price. Bonus!

I've always wanted to go--only 4 hours away--but it is always on the Sunday of Twinsfest, and the weather is usually bad. Would love to see how it goes.

I didnt realize this was going on today. I might look up the info and head down there as I am only 45 minutes away. I heard the roads are getting progressivly worse due to the wind and blowing snow so maybe that will keep some of the crowd away.

I believe vendors could still set up tables. I guy I know that sells bobblehead says he was setting one up

It sure didn't seem like that many people. I wonder how may went through multiple times to get extra vouchers. I walked away with pretty much everything I needed.

What was the buzz about Braun? Forgiving? Skeptical?

All of the premium players in the lottery were $10.

Gallardo was 1st out of gate, and I don't think they gave away the 250 tickets for him.

Rollie Fingers wasn't full. hey were letting walk ups without a winning ticket at the end of his shift. Probably 30 vouchers left over.

Most of the people had their vouchers info Yount,Uecker, and Braun. Uecker was his usual miserable self

Most people are pretty forgiving of Braun. He had the largest following around his area. Of course, there is the usual "funny" people with their comments.
