From some of the replies I have read on the threads on SherDog about this, a lot of people are saying it's a smart move because Brock is at almost the exact same point in his career as Randy was when he was Brocks age. And that Randy probably wishes he had someone like himself THEN to train with and help him out.

And if anything, maybe Brock can make a mistake and pop Junie's head like a pimple.

A lot of people are saying Brock sparring with Forrest will be a great help to him as well.
