At the close of the 2024 season, 175 players had appeared in a game for the Washington Mystics. Of these, only 19 (to date) have had certified autos on a Mystics card, leaving more than 150 TTM / IP autos to chase, with more to come in future seasons. I started this project about a month ago and will update this thread chronologically.

I'm excited to have a new project to work on, since my Pittsburgh Pirates 1970-1979 autograph collection, started in 2015, is down to 10 or so needs, all of which are difficult.

Although pure TTM collectors may find it boring, I'm starting with the handful of certified autos that are out there, because that's where my collection started and to get them out of the way.

Rittenhouse produced WNBA cards from 2005 to 2018 and their releases included auto inserts and boxtoppers. In 2005, we had Alana Beard, who was a four-time All Star and twice Defensive POY.

The 2006 release also included Delisha Milton-Jones. The dupe is up for trade.

For 2008, Rittenhouse started including draft picks in the set. Here's Crystal Langhorne, who was a two-time All Star with the Mystics.

Jacinta Monroe and Ashley Houts were the team's top picks in 2010. Neither had a long career in a league that was contracting at the time.

The 2014 selections had much more success. Bria Hartley played for nine seasons and Big Mama Stef is still in the league.

Kristi Toliver was a two-time All-Star for the Mystics and was included in the 2019 Donruss Signature Series insert set.

And finally, the 2021 Panini Signatures insert. I don't love the Tina Charles card, since she is in a Liberty uniform, but it's the only Mystics auto out there representing her one season on the team.

These custom auto cards were signed IP for another collector who then passed them along to me. Linnae Harper (left) played in 17 games for the Mystics in 2023, while Jennie Sims was a 2017 draft selection who appeared in 10 games for the Mystics that year.

These IP autos also came via another collector. Natasha Cloud was drafted by Washington in 2015 and was a vital contributor to the 2019 championship team. LaToya Sanders also joined the team in 2015, started every game in 2019, and is now an assistant coach with the Mystics.
