Bucky75 IS ALIVE???

Does anyone know what this means?

Traded with a guy on another forum and he said he was sending me a special 1/1 since I am a member here. Got cards in mail today. The 1/1 was the letter apparently. It stated that the letter was confirmation the "Bucky75 IS ALIVE!" He told me to search for it here if I did not know what it meant. A did a search but came up with nothing except a thread about some guy ripping off a old lady at a garage sale for some George Brett cards??? Am I missing something?

Stuart is the owner of the original picture, and has not authorized anyone to repost or reuse the image. Please remove it from any image hosting sites your may have them saved on:
