I noticed mainly because I went to grab him the first week of fantasy and he was swiped out from underneath me....I always wondered if he would put it all together. I remember watching him in his first MLB start against the Cubs. I was thoroughly impressed. The kid has some VERY NASTY stuff.

W/L = 2-2
44 IP
40 hits given up
k/bb - 52/14 (7th in MLB in strikeouts)
ERA - 3.16

Norris does look good. He could have a great year if he continues to keep the walks totals down.

He tends to not get a whole lot of help from his offense when he starts. He has great stuff, but the win totals will stay down as long as he's pitching for the Astros.

Did the math... he gets about 3.5 runs per game in which he starts (which wasn't as bad as I thought).

WOW, I didn't realize that. I have an itching feeling that many people haven't seen him pitch. He has plus stuff, yet he is completely under the radar....
