busted the worst box ever - shorted auto need help

i just busted the worst basketball box known to man andi was hsorted an auto..I'm deffinetly contacting UD..just wondering what the procedure is

send the pack wrappers and cut the code out of the box top and the upc and mail it to them.

send an email first telling them what your problem is.

If anyone wants to see my horrible break just check the basketball box breaks board

Im sooo sad right now hahaha someone please sell me somethign good a good price to make me feel better HAHAHAHA

I believe you may also have to submit the receipt you bought the cards on. Topps requested this of me when I sent back some damaged basketball cards.

oh wow thanks for letting me know cause i actually threw the reciept and bag in the garbage just took it out

Well, it is Upper Deck, so they'll probably just tell you "those odds are 'on average'".

Either way, the process everyone has said is generally Topps process. It may be different for UD, so contacting them first is best.

This is why they put "on average on the box", so they can get out this. You more than likely get a 4$ pack of cards for your headache, but more than likely not.

its worth trying...plus i was thinking early since they are losing their liscense maybe they'll be trying to unload inventory, anything is possible
