If I were a NL pitcher, I'd be playing chin music with him to try to get him uncomfortable in the batters box, knowing that the next time there may not be chin music but a beaning. With him uncomfortable in the box, he's probably a lot more easier to get out.

This could be said for 99.999999999999999999% of players today. Gibson is one of the best pitchers ever. But if you want to play games of what if lets see what Gibson would do with a lowered mound.
