You know it’s weird about the 1993 Finest Refractor Juan. I bought the PWCC bulk refractor lot selling off Phil G’s huge refractor Collection, and specifically the 101-150 card number run. PWCC, who should know better, in the listing had 4 Juan’s shown. They didn’t have the right refractor sheen to them like the rest. And go figure, out of 800 cards in the lot, all of which were real refractors, the 4 Juan’s were indeed just base. Weird and annoying how it gets mid-identified.

And despite the fact that the photo is clearly not a refractor and the buyer should know better, because the description is listing a refractor, that is what the seller needs to provide. Of course, the end price alone should be a good indicator it's not.
